• Condition of Returned Items
If your item has been opened or used, a 15% restocking fee will apply. We also ask that the item be in good condition to be eligible for a refund.

We do not cover shipping costs for returns unless the item is defective. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fee.

Please ensure that your return includes original box, cords, accessories, and documentation. Items returned without these components may be subject to additional fees or denial of a refund.

I got my treadmill while in hotel Quarantine. Dean was super helpful in getting me a treadmill super fast, what a lifesaver! My treadmill is super capable (up to 22kph) and solidly built. Bonus is that it collapses down for transport and has wheels for moving around easily.

Probably the best Treadmill we've purchaced for half the price of a normal commercial Treadmill.
I run at least 6 km a day and the cussion support and quietness of this Treadmill allowed me to run even at 2"30am in the mornings before shift work without waking up the family! Only downfall was the delivery time, took a while to get here and had to email a few times to try and speed things up. However top quality product and will definitely recommend buying one of these if you are a serious runner🤙
